Great question to @adelegoldberg1 Why is it so hard for non-native speakers to recognise ungrammatical utterances like explain me this? Ansr: "less sensitive to statistical pre-emption but why is too long to discuss here" But I definitely want to know... #UKCLC2020

I thoroughly enjoyed @adelegoldberg1's talk at #UKCLC2020! I loved the answers to the question: what are the biggest challenges or most promising areas in CxG today? Sociolinguistics of cxns & explaining how the clustering of cxn exemplars works were two of the answers!

#UKCLC2020 coming to a close. Was a great conference. I really enjoyed the pluralism of approaches and perspectives. A reminder that no single group -or discipline- can sort out problems such as understanding language development and/or structure, and/or production etc

Today I'm attending 2 virtual conferences #UKCLC2020 & #cogsci2020 (yes, on the same day!) Great advantage of virtual conferencing 🤗 Teleportation abilities or Hermione's time turner would have been great solutions to travel from Birmingham to Toronto in a flash though 🤔🤣

- You can argue against suggested revisions if justified - Address revisions, in the order suggested, in your cover letter with your resubmission - Do not send your paper to more than one journal simultaneously - Be polite - Do not ask the editor to interpret comments #UKCLC2020
