been thinking about what separates the people who scale vs those who plateau i dont think its always talent or resources it's how you treat people when you don't have to ive seen founders burn bridges for short-term wins then wonder why nobody wants to work with them later and their business comes crashing down and I've watched people stay humble, keep it respectful with competitors, and build reputations that open doors for years the wildest part is treating people right will actually accelerates growth when you're known for being fair, communicative, and professional, people WANT to do business with you they refer you, they give you better rates, they go the extra mile when you're known for being difficult, extractive, or disrespectful, every deal becomes a negotiation I'm not saying be a pushover set boundaries, protect your time, compete hard but you can do all that without making people feel like they're jumping through hoops or getting squeezed dry baseline respect costs nothing and compounds your entire life this is a reminder to self : stay grounded as you grow the network, the resources, the wins will follow but if you lose yourself chasing it, none of it matters.
