@UKFutureWheat @rob234king @Rothamsted @BBSRC @EarlhamInst None taken. 🙂 Both @EarlhamInst (Kronos) and @Rothamsted (Cadenza) have used DRAGENs for the recalling. The final data processing for both cultivars was done by @rob234king using my implementation of a filtering pipeline he designed.
