🚨We have published the results of our 2023 survey. Despite inflation still causing challenges, it reveals overall compliance scores of Retailers have improved, with 8 out of 13 of the Retailers improving their scores by 3% or more: gov.uk/government/new…

@LlyrDerwydd @Tesco Time to say a polite ‘No’ to @Tesco There’s no point continuing to supply them if your buyer is not listening & you are consistently losing money. @UKGCA can advise.

I’m currently losing £7k a month because @Tesco still refuse 2pay a fair price 4 our free range eggs plus there is enough free range eggs produced in the UK, but selling caged eggs is simply no excuse & rubbing salt. Sort it out @tesco

Inflation has weakened the relationships between the UK’s designated retailers and their suppliers, our 2022 survey shows. 80% of suppliers have asked for a cost price increase, with 26% reporting that a request has been rejected or they've experienced an unreasonable delay.
