The children had a fantastic new sporting experience with wheelchair basket-ball - they developed new skills, had great fun, and gained broader perspectives on sport and life. 🤩

We are so proud of Poppy-Mae who got a merit in her LAMDA exam with Little Voices Swindon - what a fantastic achievement! She had to perform a poem and a drama activity with the examiner. She has shown great commitment to her singing and drama lessons! You are #shiningbrightly!🤩

@StMaryPriPurton This is a brilliant idea, my daughter has a little bit of screen time after dinner and we always read together before she settles down to sleep. Her newest read is the children's bible which she requested for Christmas so she can read it by herself (she's only 5)

We have a whole school New Year's Resolution to help make 2024 a great year! The challenge is for all children to put screens away before bedtime on five nights (Sun - Thurs) and instead read with an adult before sleep: this really promotes mental well-being and aids learning! 🤩

EYFS finished exploring their big question, "How is the world changing?" by inviting grandparents in to talk about when they were little. From looking at old money to seeing how people made their own dresses, we were surrounded by living history and wonderful memories! 🤩
