Introducing Erin, Trainee ACP. An experienced Physiotherapist by background working in a variety of settings and roles. Erin is primarily at Pilgrim. Erin's most proud of overcoming major trauma, which guided her to physio and has progressed from Physio assistant to trainee ACP.

Introducing Ellie, another of our Trainee ACPs. Ellie is a Nurse by background. Ellie is currently halfway through her Msc and primarily works at the front door at Pilgrim. Ellie is most proud of losing 9 stone via slimming world and exercise 🙌 @ULHT_News

Introducing the newest trainee ACP to join the team, Cheryl. A experienced Paramedic by background. A fun fact about Cheryl is she won a worm charming competition dressed as a crow & would have got a world record had they Guinness book of world records been there @ULHT_News

Today it's AHP day, we are so lucky to have a wealth of AHPs within our team - 3 of our trainee ACPs (Physiotherapist and Paramedics), our OTs and our TAP and ATAPs who are dual OT and Physiotherapy. What a great job they do! #AHPsDay #AHPsinadvancedpractice

Falls assessment should include an assessment of; - Visual impairment - 48% of patients had an assessment of vision when an inpatient (NAIF) - Cognitive impairment - 37% of patients were assessed for a delirium (NAIF) #FallsAwarenessWeek #FallsPreventionAwarenessWeek
