The 2nd Bootcamp of the Agri-Food Tech Incubator (4th cohort) took place at STARTGATE on Jan 31–Feb 1, 2026. Day 1 focused on agroeconomics and project viability, combining theory and practice. Day 2 was dedicated to market research mentoring through one-to-one sessions.

As part of TAGDev2.0, young participants joined a training in agroecology, agroforestry & commercial nursery management on Nov 15–16, 2025. Held in a nursery in Al Haouz, it strengthened practical skills in plant production, grafting, nursery setup & sustainable agriculture.

On 18 December 2025, through TAGDev 2.0, we hosted a Target Group Discussion on olive by-products valorization, exploring opportunities in energy, composting, animal feed, and high-value bioactive compounds. Promising pathways for startups, spinoffs, and sustainable job creation.

Under the TAGDev 2.0 Project, the I&E Lab trained 25 young learners in agroecology, agroforestry, and commercial nursery management through a program combining theory sessions and hands-on practice at the Domaines des Perles nursery, delivered in collaboration with ITSA Souihla.

On 19 December 2025, the Erasmus+ PULSE Study Visit came to an end during a closing session where partner institutions shared best practices, followed by a certificate award marking a week of learning and exchange.

Day 4 of the Erasmus+ PULSE Study Visit in Morocco combined sustainable entrepreneurship learning at UM6P’s Experimental Farm with a cultural experience in Marrakech, fostering intercultural dialogue and stronger partnerships, and ending with a traditional dinner.

Day 3 of the Erasmus+ PULSE Study Visit focused on Lean entrepreneurship through Lean Startup and Lean Canvas sessions, followed by a Massarates round table with industry representatives (CBLP, IFMIA, FNBTP), and a visit to TECHNIX to explore market-oriented training environments

Day 2 of the Erasmus+ PULSE Study Visit in Morocco focused on practical learning, with a Smart Lab management session, a Business Model Canvas workshop, and the discovery of UM6P’s Digital Innovation Center of Excellence, including its FABLAB, FactoryLab, TechLab, and SpectrumLab

On December 15th, 2025, Day 1 of the Erasmus+ PULSE Study Visit in Morocco at UM6P Benguerir focused on blended training for VET staff through workshops on Entrepreneurial Ecosystems (EntreComp) and Entrepreneur Toolkit, followed by an immersive visit to the 1337 Coding School.

UM6P, through the I&E Lab, Africa Initiative and the DEFR TVETs, participated in the 21st RUFORUM AGM in Botswana. A major event bringing together African ministers and innovation leaders, reinforcing Morocco’s commitment to transformative agricultural education.
