Intramural Softball Tournament is October 14 from 3:30-10pm at Durwood Stadium. If interested, don’t forget to register at IMLeagues before 10/10/23.

Swinney Center and the Aquatic Center will be closed all day September 4 because of Labor Day. We will resume normal hours of operation September 5.

Today is International Self-Care Day! Being physically healthy allows us to have better health overall, including mental health. When taking care of our bodies, it can be fun, by engaging in activities with friends and doing things that work for each individual.

International Day of Yoga is today! It’s a practice where you gain strength, balance, and peace alongside many other benefits. At the UMKC Rec Center, there are various classes offered throughout the semester. Stay tuned for more info.
