I think this is really the key. Perception > reality. Until you address the core problem of people being hooked up to an IV line of conservative propaganda, everything else is meaningless.

Surprise! You’ll never guess who’s getting blamed for centrist/moderate Harris’ loss. I think we’re living during a time of massive propaganda efforts, but also Harris is a bland moderate who spent all her time catering to moderates and the center-right!

Donald Trump has no greater friend than the far left, which has managed to alienate historic numbers of Latinos, Blacks, Asians, and Jews from the Democratic Party with absurdities like “Defund the Police” or “From the River to the Sea” or “Latinx.” There is more to lose than there is to gain politically from pandering to a far left that is more representative of Twitter, Twitch, and TikTok than it is of the real world. The working class is not buying the ivory-towered nonsense that the far left is selling.

Kamala ran on a platform of pro-abortion extremism and lost in a landslide. This should be a huge encouragement to the pro-life movement. We have a lot of work to do. But the people are on our side.

@CurryHicksSage In short, this wasn’t a casual vote. People were upset about the border, the economy, and our debt. When you spend over $1b and still lose by over 5m votes, the message isn’t being well received or isn’t even real to voters. It’s a clear rejection. Now, we must be neighbors again

Even if I disagree, I get a lot of the reasons people vote for Trump. What saddens me is how little so many of those people **actually** care about the day to day functioning of the federal government. Essentially the head of HR for the American empire is a trick shot quarterback

This is how I’m feeling, but even if Trump is more of a disaster that last time and things here get bad, will people learn the lesson? I fear they won’t learn.

Dems did everything we could to stop him last time. Restrain him. Keep things functioning *as normal.* I don’t think we should this time. He won. This is what the people voted for. This is what people want. They should get it. It’s the only way people will learn.

It’s Election Day. If you haven’t already, I hope all of you go out and vote for Harris.
I don’t think Harris is a particularly great candidate, but unfortunately Trump is an extreme danger to the United States, its citizens, and frankly the entire world.
