Thoughts from Cypress Point: -Cypress Point Club is AWESOME -Easily top 5 course I’ve ever played. It’s a slightly shorter more fun and exciting course compared to Pebble. The greens are super undulating as a typical Mackenzie design. Some really small pockets and tiers that make for super fun shots where like Augusta, you can play away from pins to roll it closer. -The three distinct styles of trees, dunes, ocean all have unique shapes and designs. The massive dunes especially made the course visually great and also a unique challenge -I got to see two different sides of Cypress. It was beautiful and calm for the front nine and then it got WINDY starting on 11… like golf ball not staying on green windy. -The members that hosted me were awesome to play with and great people. Had lunch overlooking the 16th hole and the ocean. What a day. -If I could only play one course for the rest of my life, I’m pretty sure it’d be Cypress Point.

America got to get some red on the board in those top matches and hold it for more than 20 minutes, create excitement on property and some nervous energy for the opponent. Are they capable, we've all watched too much golf and know they are. Show some pride if you want this to be an event #RyderCup

3 months ago, Collin was protected entity in the golf media sphere. 500+ day win drought was only known if you were a tour hardo. The media had no interest in letting ppl know this when you watched Collin (unless you are watching post game on golf channel type hardo). He was protected!!!!! and then he told the media and fans he owes them nothing after not talking at Bay Hill. He came back the next day crying because he didn't like how media and fans responded to those comments.... Now, the media loves to talk about his win drought, and people are happy to exchange stories about him being an asshole. Look what he did with a protected blemish free reputation. Epic miscalculation, full on Meghan Markle mask exposed. It is not ideal to be the combo of a sensitive guy who likes to search his own name.

Things that have hurt the PGA Tour more than losing a Jon Rahm to LIV. -removing match play from the schedule. -turning PGA National into a muni.

@NUCLRGOLF It’s the ability to have go-to shots and not force anything plus having a short game that when you’re playing well can fix bad shots. Really good wedges plus putting can guide a lot of bad long play. If you can get around or on greens in reg, putts are king.

This is very ignorant . When they miss hit on the driver it still does 90% of what they want. A miss isn't a miss anymore and the courses arnt big enough, only a true goober wants to watch golf courses that don't punch back. You might be shocked to hear this but lots of golf fans actually cheer for the golf course to be able to punch a player in the gut.

Roll back everything, bc the next set of top 20s yr olds will be hitting it further than this kid. A miss hit with the modern driver tech is as foreign to these kids as a trip to blockbuster on a Friday night setting up your entire weekend. Roll it all back.

@NUCLRGOLF This is the correct take. The world rankings no longer accurately rank professional golfers, and the majors want to have the top players in the world, so they should adjust. Several performance based ranking systems have found ways to more accurately rank players.
