Leaving Brussels after important discussions on the #EU’s role in conflict prevention and defending international law. Human rights must stay at the core of all efforts - from early warning to peace negotiations. We need the EU to champion these values at home and abroad.

Today we paid tribute to the incredible women who took part in drafting the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, including Bodil Begtrup of Denmark. A true trailblazer, she championed the rights of women and minorities, affirming a simple truth: human rights are for all.
