In November, an exhibition, themed “childlike artisan” displaying the depiction art of relics unearthed in #Hemudu culture, has been made available in the Library of University of Nottingham Ningbo China (#UNNC).

#UNNC is proud to acknowledge the recent achievements of 10 UNNC academics who were ranked among the top 2% of scientists in the world by a Stanford-Elsevier report published last month. In the future, UNNC will continue to integrate its advantageous research resources.

@unnc_fose #UNNC is approved by Zhejiang Science and Technology Bureau to establish Zhejiang Aviation Electrification Technology Engineering Research Centre. It is the only provincial engineering research centre approved in the field of aviation electrification.

The COP26 Summit, taking place last week, brings together parties to accelerat actions towards the climate goals. The Provost, Professor Nick Miles, of #UNNC presented the contribution of all Nottingham campuses to the global sustainability efforts at a side event in Guangzhou.

13 November: The 2021 winter graduation ceremony of University of Nottingham Ningbo China (#UNNC) was held, with 434 postgraduate students presented Master’s degree from the University of Nottingham; eight doctoral students were presented PhD degree.

In October 2021 architect Titi Fang, #UNNC #Architecture Alumna, came to the campus to share her experience from working with Professor Will Alsop in the office all design. This interview is dedicated to the memory of Prof.Will Alsop OBE RA, an exceptional architect in the world.

The Innovation Day event was organised by the Research and Knowledge Exchange Office at the end of October 2021 to activate the IP commercialisation projects in the pipeline at #UNNC and to explore IP commercialisation opportunities with potential partners.

@unnc_fose Dr Sherif Welsen, an associate professor in Electrical and Electronic Engineering, Faculty of Science and Engineering, has received the best presentation award at the 12th International Conference on Distance Learning and Education (#ICDLE).

@UnncFhss Junshuo Chang, renowned as the first prize winner of audition in the popular TV show “Super Brain”, started his university life as a year one student of Economics at #UNNC. According to Junshuo, he was immediately attracted by its free and open atmosphere in UNNC.

The #UNNC Golden Interns Award is one of the most influential internship-related activities on campus. 27 October: The fifth UNNC Golden Interns Award culminated in success. Shihan Peng, a year 4 student of International Studies, won both First Prize and Most Popularity Award.

Qiuying Xu is a graduate of the School of International Communications in the FHSS. In 2019, after graduating from #UNNC, she gave up Warwick's offer and now is on her way to becoming among the youngest of the current generation of managers in the advertising industry.
