HAPPENING NOW #CND69: Chair @ARMEmbVienna @MFAofArmenia is engaging in an informal dialogue with civil society, organized in cooperation with @theVNGOC and @UNODCCSU Civil society plays a vital role in advancing inclusive, evidence-based drug policies.

From the crime scene to the lab. At #CND69, participants saw how effective investigations depend on proper evidence collection, handling & analysis. They learned how @unodc_lab trains forensic officers to investigate drug-related crimes safely, accurately & based on science.

From production to trafficking and consumption, the drug problem continues to drive violence and insecurity and is killing people worldwide. Watch the video to learn about key priorities guiding discussions and collective action at #CND69.

The multidisciplinary Expert Panel established by the Commission pursuant to resolution 68/6 has now been fully constituted. We would like to congratulate all experts on their selection and look forward to the Panel's recommendations.
