Need to unwind? Paws Across Texas will bring trained therapy dogs for a study break full of paw-shakes and belly rubs. We'll be in Willis 250H on Tuesday, December 7 from 11 am to 1 pm! @UNTsocial

Today is Juneteenth, also known as Freedom Day. This annual holiday commemorates the end of slavery in the United States on June 19, 1865 - 2 1/2 years after the Emancipation Proclamation - when federal troops arrived in Galveston, TX, to announce all enslaved people were freed.

Gamma Beta promises to continue to advocate for equality even after the news cycle. To all the wonderful PNMs, while we are so excited to share our sisterhood with you and promote recruitment, we understand that we must continue to stand up against inequality in our nation.
