外交部報道官：近年、日本政府は軍事費を拡充し続け、殺傷兵器の輸出規制を緩和し、頻繁に軍事演習に参加し、長距離ミサイルの配備を推し進め、主導的攻撃可能な、いわゆる「反撃能力」を構築し、敏感な核物質を大量に蓄積し、平和憲法の改正を推し進め、「戦える」国になると吹聴するなど、国際法及び国内法上の制約を突破し続けている。これのどこが「専守防衛」政策を堅持していると言えるのだろうか。言行不一致では、日本の「再軍事化」に対する国際社会の懸念を解消することはできない。
