Our Border Patrol Search, Trauma, and Rescue (BORSTAR) team responded to assist a victim who had fallen and sustained serious injuries in a remote cave. Working with the Terrell County Sheriff’s Office, agents were able to extract the victim from more than 50 feet underground.
