This Saturday (a week earlier than usual) we’re sketching on the Market Square, Northampton. There’s going to be a film promoting the positives of Northampton being made by #theCreativePlace from 11am that we can be part of. Post below if you’re coming so we can look out for you!

This coming Tuesday we’ll be based in the town centre in Fish Street where there are some interesting buildings and views down the streets to sketch. Parking in St Giles St (paid til 7pm) or other nearby car parks (St Johns, Albion Place). Comment below so we can look out for you

Next Tuesday evening we’re sketching in College St, which runs parallel and behind The Drapery in Northampton. Nearest parking would be the Mayorhold multi-storey car park and slightly further away St John’s and Albion Place. #usknorthampton

#usknortampton at Delapre Lake, a lovely evening light!

Our next Saturday meet up is the first Saturday of September (7th) at 10.30am. Its part of the Art Jam at Delapre Abbey so I'll be doing a brief introduction to urbansketching at 10am to anyone who wants to join in and find out out what #urbansketching is.

Our last sketching of August is near the lake at Delapre Abbey where there’s a view across the town. Meet in the car park at 6.30pm to walk there together. Comment below if you’re coming so we can look out for you and /or if you need a lift.
