Cell reception is always bad at the volleyball tournaments and the coach couldn’t stream live videos to family that couldn’t make it. Built this thing - wireless AP to cellular built amplifiers inside the battery casing with Omni directional antennas and our own private WiFi. We cookin and streaming now 😂

@HackingDave This kind of initiative and attention to detail is very, very rare. You and I spent plenty of time doing brightwork in the Marines. Not until later did we realize by doing this would help shape who we would become. Good for him, Dave.

My son works at Taco Bell, and the other day he sent the family a pic of the drainage pipes he spent hours cleaning to perfection. He was proud of the work even though it wasn’t glorious. He also volunteered to do it. No one wanted to do it. I had a conversation with him that night that I was highly proud of him for his work ethic and his love in his work. No matter what he’s working on, even if it isn’t the most exciting work - should always take pride in what you are doing and working the hardest and giving it your absolute best. This is what makes you successful in life. Giving it everything you have.
