At the #PrepCom, I raised ongoing proliferation challenges that we must address together. Iran must meet its nuclear safeguards obligations, and the DPRK must return to and fully comply with the NPT and IAEA safeguards. Separately, I reiterated our commitment to nuclear weapon free zones where they exist and a zone free of WMD in the Middle East based on arrangements freely arrived at by all the regional states.
