For 2026, the United We Row grant program will increase to $100,000, reflecting both growing demand and a continued investment in breaking down barriers across the sport. USRowing leadership transition: Amanda Kraus will step down as CEO in April 2026 as she pursues other professional opportunities. The Board will appoint an interim CEO and retained a specialist search firm to launch an immediate search for a permanent successor. Since Nov 2020: surpluses in 2023 ($616K) & 2024 ($489K) reinvested in member experience; USRowing Foundation + record fundraising (incl. $6.5M largest donation in 2025); Paris 2024 podium (2 Olympic, 1 Paralympic; 9/12 boats improved vs Tokyo); United We Row + $180K grants (first 2 yrs). Ready to take the next step in your rowing journey? 🚣 USRowing is hosting a Virtual ID Camp on March 8th (12:00–3:30pm ET), giving athletes nationwide the opportunity to be evaluated by USRowing coaches, receive real-time feedback, and learn more about the Athlete Pathway, all from their own erg. Participants are eligible for early invitations to U19 summer Pathways camps, and the Selection Development Camp deadline has been extended to March 15th.
