USRowing leadership transition: Amanda Kraus will step down as CEO in April 2026 as she pursues other professional opportunities. The Board will appoint an interim CEO and retained a specialist search firm to launch an immediate search for a permanent successor. Since Nov 2020: surpluses in 2023 ($616K) & 2024 ($489K) reinvested in member experience; USRowing Foundation + record fundraising (incl. $6.5M largest donation in 2025); Paris 2024 podium (2 Olympic, 1 Paralympic; 9/12 boats improved vs Tokyo); United We Row + $180K grants (first 2 yrs).
