The problem of not giving real sentences to criminals is out of hand.
One year ago this guy was found to have $12k in counterfeit currency, an illegal firearm and was caught driving two stolen luxury cars.
Under two weeks ago he was arrested for violating a restraining order.

CERTIFIED CRASH-OUT MOMENT: Virginia State Police arrested 22 year-old TITUS MAYO of Winterville, North Carolina after running over a DC police officer, fleeing from police in both Maryland and Virginia, and crashing into a Virginia State Police cruiser on the Beltway this morning 🚨 The chase was on in Prince George’s County just before 4am, when the white Range Rover Mayo was in (the same one he was in during the hit-and-run crash involving the DC police officer) fled from officers across the Woodrow Wilson Bridge. Virginia State Troopers then picked up the chase, at which point Mayo crashed into both a VSP cruiser and a passerby’s car on I-495 at North Van Dorn Street in Fairfax County. Mayo was taken into custody without incident. In Virginia, he is now charged with Felony Eluding, reckless driving, driving on a suspended license, as well as additional traffic-related offenses. He faces more charges in Washington DC and likely Maryland as well. (Posted below is a mugshot of Titus Z. Mayo from a previous arrest of his in Charles County, Maryland.
