The workshop is aimed at members of the public who would like to gain a better understanding of existing pathways for the independent review of government decisions. Prior knowledge, skills and preparation is not required. Looking forward to see you there!

Participants will learn how courts and tribunals are designed to provide independent oversight over government decision-making and work through a number of hypothetical scenarios which illustrate the purpose, procedure, and powers of administrative law review mechanisms.

Last weekend students Darcy Heffernan & Tate Rawlings beat a University of Sydney team to win the SULS v TULS Novice Negotiations Competition. Together with second UTAS team (Emily Heathcote & James Hurd), students participated in a weekend of (online) negotiation competitions.
