Student Spotlight Ladan Mozaffarian, Ph.D. Student in Urban Planning and Public Policy, was selected as the recipient of the WTS DFW Chapter Wanda J. Schafer Scholarship. The Wanda Schafer Graduate Scholarship encourages women to pursue career paths in transportation.
