When you see us praising people like Abdulrahman Leme, it is not because they go around sharing money, but because of the lasting impact they make in people’s lives. Abdulrahman Leme alone has secured over 100 federal jobs for youths in just two years, and some of those beneficiaries are here with us on this timeline. I just wish he would give us a day or two for everyone who has benefited from his efforts to come forward and share their experiences. That is what real impact looks like, not giving out small peanuts that will only last a day or two.
