Joyful in life and labor—Dr. Ezzat Abouleish (1931–2014), former Chief of #OBAnes @ Pitt, reshaped childbirth experiences through advocacy, scholarship & art. His legacy continues through his children, including Dr. @Amr_Abouleish , a national leader in Anesthesiology @ UTMB.

Our hearts are heavy after the July 4th flash‑flood devastation across Central Texas. In the the past 24–48 hours, too many Central Texas towns have flooded or are currently experiencing flooding. As anesthesiologists, we know first hand how precious life is and we can only imagine how these families are impacted right now.
