Four of our GSBS students travelled to San Antonio last week to attend the 4th Annual BioMed Career Fest. Hannah Vedder, John Hurley, William Meyer, and Naveen Ganji were able to learn about internship and career opportunities in the life sciences, network with other graduate students and professionals from various sectors, and participate in career development workshops. We’re proud to see our graduate students taking charge of their futures!

We are excited to announce the four graduate students selected to participate in the @aaas - The American Association for the Advancement of Science Catalyzing Advocacy in Science and Engineering Workshop in Washington, D.C. next month! Our students will learn from science policy and advocacy experts about the role of science in policymaking and the federal policy-making process and will network with graduate students from around the country.
