I've heard a lot of kind words from the people over at the @UndertaleWldfre discord server regarding my ideas so far, so I've decided to post them here to Twitter!

Hey there! Sorry for the radio silence as of late, there's been quite a lot going on these past few months. But I'm back, and I've got an explanation/ announcement to make here.

I'm confident in my ideas, but ideas alone don't make a finished game, work and collaboration do. So, whether you're just following along with the project or interested in helping directly, I have nothing but thanks to give to you all. Well, thanks and a good game too, hopefully.

As is hopefully obvious from this post, I still intend to make this game a reality, I've just been set back quite a bit. This post is also my announcement that I'm officially looking for team members, for anyone who's interested.

Casette player aesthetic goes harder than it needs to, to be honest

Melody's ballet shoes are much too sentimental to be replaced for something as negligible as "a higher attack stat" Instead, they have an assortment of tapes with varying effects in battle to chose from. That soul cassette player keeps coming in handy!

Trying to practice a bit of pixelart with a back alley type area I think you can tell I love dramatic shadows and warm lighting

Not super used to doing pixelart at this scale, but I think I'm doing an alright job of replicating the battle sprites' artstyle so far

Been working on two more important characters, but I'm not completely set on their designs yet, just their general concept. Might post the most recent iteration soon

Was gonna post some big picture stuff regarding Sirensong and the direction I'd like it to go, but given the date it's probably better saved for tomorrow
