Six-time NCAA champion @BadgerMHockey earned a 3 seed in the 2026 NCAA Tournament. The Badgers will make their 28th NCAA Tourn. appearance, 8th-most in the nation. UW is 37-24-2 (.603) in the NCAA tournament, 6th-highest win pct all-time.

Wisconsin advances to WBIT quarterfinals Sunday with a 72-65 win at Miami (FL). @BadgerWBB held Miami to 15 first-half points (opp. low this season) and shot a season-high 56.5% (13-23) from 3. Kyrah Daniels 1st career double-double (14p, 13r) along with Gift Uchenna (13p, 11r)

Nationally, only Gonzaga (10), Michigan St (10), Purdue (10), Duke (10), Kansas (10), Kentucky (9) and UNC (9) have more appearances than Wisconsin since 2016.

Congrats to @BadgerWBB, who earned a No. 3 seed in the WBIT - the program’s first appearance in the event and first postseason since 2023-24 WNIT. They’ll play at Oregon State on March 19. A Big Ten team has won the last 2 WBIT titles (Illinois ’24 and Minnesota ’25).

Wisconsin was placed in the West Regional for the 7th time in program history. @BadgerMBB has advanced to the 2000, 2014, 2015 Final Fours from that Region.

Wisconsin has been selected to the 2026 NCAA Tournament, marking the program's 28th all-time appearance. @BadgerMBB is 1 of 5 schools to play in 25 of last 27 NCAA tournaments with Gonzaga, Michigan State, Duke and Kansas.

Following its 6-0 Regional Final victory over No. 7 Quinnipiac today, @BadgerWHockey is now 9-0 all-time in NCAA games at LaBahn Arena, outscoring its opponents 42-3 in those games.

Wisconsin enters Saturday's @bigten Tournament Semifinals with a 5-4 record in Quad 1A games (H vs. 1-15, Neutral vs. 1-25 or Road vs. 1-40) Duke (9), Michigan (9), Arizona (8) and Kansas (6) are the nation's ONLY teams with more Q1A wins than @BadgerMBB

Nick Boyd and John Blackwell of @BadgerMBB each scored 30+ points and shot better than 50.0% from the field in Wisconsin's win over Illinois. They are the only major conference duo to reach those marks in a conference tournament game over the last 30 seasons.

Wisconsin went 25-for-30 (83.3%) from the free throw line on Friday. @BadgerMBB has now won 29 straight games when making 25+ free throws dating back to to an 88-84 OT loss at Green Bay in 2009

Including 10 vs. Illinois on Friday, @BadgerMBB has hit 384 3-pointers this season, one shy of the all-time Big Ten record. Penn State made 385 threes during the 2022-23 season.

John Blackwell’s 34 points in @BadgerMBB’s win are the T-3rd most in @B1GMBBall tourney history. It’s the most ever for a Badger in the conference tourney, passing John Tonje’s 32-point performance last year.
