1st Annual Winter Student Activities Fair - UW Seattle's Registered Student Org's (RSO's), ASUW & GPSS will be tabling in the HUB. Come learn about RSO's & Student Govt. & find out how you can get involved! Thurs Jan 15, 2026, 11am-1pm, Husky Union Building 1st floor & Lyceum.

Our dates for the Student Activities Fair have now been announced! The fair this year will be held on September 24th and 25th from 10am to 2pm each day in the Quad and Red Square! You must be registered as an RSO by Aug. 29th, and RVSP Submissions are due by Sep 10th!

RSO registration for the 2025-26 school year is now open! Deadline to register is January 31st, 2026! The SAO Advising Team will host advising hours on Thurs from 3:30-5:00 pm in July and August to answer registration questions. The zoom meeting link is on our website.

Get Crafty at the HUB!  This upcoming Wednesday in the HUB lounge we will have an assortment of craft activities including shrinky dinks, cell phone charms, key chains and more! This event is free and open to everyone!

Re-registration for currently active RSOs is now open! Group Administrators of RSOs can submit re-registration to remain active for the 2024-25 academic year by logging into Huskylink & accessing the form via their RSO’s homepage. Deadline to re-register is October 31st by 5pm📷

The RSVP for our 2024 Student Activities Fair is now open for all RSOs! Group administrators can use the link in our linktree to sign up for a table. The deadline to RSVP is September 11th by 11:45pm. We can’t wait to celebrate our 35th annual fair with you! 💛💜

The anticipated Maker’s Fair is coming back this Spring on May 15-16 at the HUB Street with even more vendors than ever. Additionally, we’ll be having food vendors too so mark your calendars ‼️
