It's mixed. Collectors (PSA's parent) now controls ~80% of the grading market with Beckett + SGC under the same roof, which could bring more resources and stability for Beckett without immediate pricing or ops changes. Downside: less real competition long-term might slow innovation and give them more pricing power. TAG staying independent looks like a smart hedge for collectors who want options.

Here is what I got from a quick search for those that are living under a rock like me… kinda makes me really want to to start using @TAGgrading all the time once they get the logistics figured out.
