Spent my birthday walking around Burlington, VT. Got a bagel, a maple coffee, a black raspberry/maple creemee, and treated myself to a few from the local B&N Criterion sale section. Then closed it out with dinner and The Odyssey with my favorite person. It was a good day 😊

@LylesTerrence The play you showed isn't doing what you think. A TD being scored in that manner is only being done by maybe a handful of QBs in NFL history, and only one currently playing. This is an advantage Allen has over every other QB in the league.

@ASchatzNFL I made an era adjusted metric called QuBeR that looks at all 2074 QB seasons in the AFL/NFL of 200+ pass attemps. Bert Jones 1976 ranks #8 All-time. For his era that season was better than anything Brees or Roethlisberger did in their respective eras.

You have to consider Bert Jones' 1976 season in the context of the time, where passing was much harder than it was for Brees or Big Ben. Jones had 9.0 Yd/At (vs. NFL avg of 6.6) and added 38 carries for 214 yards and 2 TDs back when QBs didn't run.

Bert Jones was amazing & without injuries could've been a HOF'er. Buy in literally no universe was his peak better than Brees or Big Ben. This is absolutely ludicrous to say otherwise.
