Random visuals get millions of views, people celebrate the numbers, and suddenly everyone calls themselves an AI filmmaker. But filmmaking has never been about chasing viral moments. THE MOST PRECISE SEEDANCE 2.0 STORYBOARD METHOD I'VE TESTED One performer. Live singing + choreography happening at the exact same time. No lip-sync drift, no expression breaking the movement. Most creators storyboard with plain notes and hope the model figures it out. The real precision comes from feeding Seedance 2.0 a structured, color-coded shot language instead of plain prompts. Here's the workflow 👇 1. Build the story concept — voice and body as one instrument 2. Draft a shot-by-shot storyboard (12 panels, wide → close → hero shot) 3. Layer in IPA to lock the singing/mouth shapes 4. Layer in FACS to lock micro-expressions under the vocal performance 5. Color-code every annotation — separate colors for body movement, camera motion, framing/composition, and lighting 6. Generate character + environment sheets in GPT Image 2 from that annotated board 7. There's a popular rumor that storyboards completely ruin character consistency in AI animation. Well, yes and no. 😅 For this video, I generated myself in a bright new look, created a sketch storyboard in GPT Image 2, and animated it with Seedance 2.0. From my experience, if your storyboard is in hyper-realism, the likeness definitely tends to drift. But if you keep it strictly as a sketch? The face stays surprisingly consistent. I DO NOT NEED A/C! Rented a house in a super special spot in Cantabria 🇪🇸 near Potes. Max 22°C / 72°F, thanks to the cool mountain valley microclimate created by the surrounding mountains. There’s a cool freshwater naturam pool in the river in under the house where we can swin, with good depth, about 2.5 meters. I can see cows from the window, squirrels everywhere, and I’ve eaten cherries straight from the garden... F*ck the beach. I'll take the mountains a thousand times over. Murcia/Alicante are too hot in summer. Here, we can sleep better! If you are in the area, we can meet.

Couple of Seedance 2.5 platforms have asked my opinion about offering Unlimited options. My response was no. If they can't sustain it. Do not even offer it. Good take or bad take? Also stay away from Renoise. I gave them an outline on what I was going to make and they agreed but decided not to pay after I delivered the video for review and blamed it on miscommunications with their team lead.

When I make character sheets for Seedance 2.0 I use the acronym K.I.S.S. (Keep It Simple Stupid). I have no idea who started doing these insane complicated ones shown in this video but stop it.

@thefinnmckenty @JSFILMZ0412 extremely underutilized. if i tell you the conmersations i had with the internal sora 2 reasoner (nto the cinematographer one from the app) . the thign is able to answer but you need to make it "appear" like summonin a demon. seed2 in seedance just answers like a simepl bot
