Happy to swap notes on how I acquired my first 10 enterprise users through an organic growth matrix.
Lets share all our growth tips with each other!
Most business owners don't realise how
much of their day is administration
disguised as work.
Chasing updates. Re-entering data.
Sending the same message manually.
Checking what should already be visible.
This is why I make sure to map before I build a single table
@w3rk_co_za APIs. Basically before I start any build , I layout operational maps. Then I would have already planned everything I need to do concerning the build.
That way, from one I'm building table structures, everything aligns and links together
@Ubongetimevans It's impressive to see such a significant figure in active contracts. Building an operational system is no small feat. How do you ensure smooth communication between Airtable and the external sites?
₦13,340,000,000 in active contracts.
Built a full operational system around
this EPC firm
Airtable · Make · Custom external sites.

The market for basic data entry is crowded and underpaid, but open for database experts
Spend this week learning how to map out workflows and connect Airtable to tools like Slack or Gmail. Once you can bridge that gap for a business, commanding $40/hour becomes standard practice
Airtable jobs are popping up for non-developers. Database management, workflow setup, automation.
Remote. $30-$50/hour range if you know the tool well. Here's how to position yourself: 🧵
I built a structured Airtable CRM that turns a disorganized product sourcing workflow into a fully connected end-to-end system, improving visibility, coordination, execution, and automation.
Results:
• 100% visibility across the lead-to-client journey
• Automated alerts, requests, and follow-ups
• Faster decision-making through structured sourcing
• Clear team roles and full traceability of data
Challenge:
Most product sourcing teams work with disconnected tools, leading to delays, missed follow-ups, and inefficient coordination.
Solution:
I designed a relational Airtable system that connects the entire workflow
Lead Intake → Qualification → Project Creation → Structured Sourcing Requests → Product Matching → Supplier Assignment → Client Recommendation with automation for alerts, approvals, and tracking.
📌 Note: All data used are dummy data for demonstration purposes, but showcases the exact system that was built.
This system can also be built for any business to improve visibility, streamline operations, reduce manual work, and create a more structured and scalable process.
In Africa ? Yes
You can do whatever you want when you’re old enough to live by yourself
But as long as you live with your parents, it’s their rules, down to the letter
Can we all stop pretending here and be real for once?
Talking as if you wouldn’t do same when you live in a society that’s based on appearance
