Don't think people realize that resetting the ladder would literally kill the game.
It would legit be the biblical apocalypse, Chall/GM/master players would be playing against silver/bronze players and 90% of the player base would quit ranked.

@Spideraxe30 Should be static to given lane only for the first 10-15 minutes so it doesn't grief laners when they're on sidelanes / end up swapping lanes for objectives etc.
If botlane takes turret they just have to sit their forcefully instead of being able to rotate elsewhere.
