NASA confirmed that the boom heard this morning across Northern Ohio was a meteor. It was apparently 6 feet across, 7 tons, and unleashed an energy of 250 tons of TNT when it fragmented. @signalcleveland The best part, on their map, they've named it: "Chicken Little."

The board will vote on this merger as well as 38 others tonight at it's meeting. You can find my coverage on @signalcleveland's website.

A lot of them had fears and safety concerns, but some saw pros to the merger. Mostly, they were eager to participate in the conversation about their future. “Mayor Justin Bibb, he doesn’t really know what’s going on inside of the schools,” one student told me.

Since CMSD proposed their merger plan last month, the rivalry between Collinwood and Glenville has been top of mind for a lot of folks. I took some time to talk to students about how they are feeling:
