Saw at first hand today the pressures on the staff at @wearehairmyres hospital. God bless every one of those nurses and doctors working there under some unbelievable pressures. Place is absolutely chocca block with extra beds in many rooms on the wards 🙈🥹. #heroes

Absolutely delighted to announce we have a new favourite piece of equipment in our department.. this magnificent new sensory machine for our paediatric and dementia patients (of course staff too) It has a projector, disco lights, mood lights and audio to connect to calming music.

I don't usually post personal stuff but today I found out I've passed my dissertation and achieved an MSc in Advanced Practice Nursing. I'm over the moon, can't believe I've done it! Such a crazy journey but hard work and determination pays off and I've got tons of that!!😘😁
