Anyway, if you want to criticize this, which I think is worth doing because we have to take this proposal very seriously, then the criticism is that BAP is smuggling in his eugenic fantasy fetish. He is adding it into the mix, just like Christians smuggle their Christianity into the mix, while presenting it primarily as a desire to enhance fertility. This is where BAP’s proposal becomes spergy, anti-phallic, unattractive to heterosexual women, and a bit Aella-like.
If you want a strong elite culture, a strong elite society, I doubt very much that you can select for it through IQ, artistic practice, or athleticism, precisely because these kinds of criteria produce those dull high-IQ effective-altruist, utilitarian, community-bureaucracy vibes.
Selection, if you want selection, and I doubt it is even needed, has to be based on something deeper and more irrational, something more visceral, such as power or heredity or a kind of Rasputin-like energy. The kind of IQ selection BAP proposes immediately places it back in that rationalist Pentheus territory.
