His lips curved upward. "No complaints here, Captain." He started doing light stretches staring with his arms. Despite not being particularly athletic, his workout regimen ensured he maintained a reasonable level of fitness to do sports, he'd like to think.

"No pain no gain," Hope echoes with a smile in a way to express his agreement. "Oh. I am familiar to Blitzball, how the training works however. . ." Hope trails off. "I fear you'll have to teach me the basics."

" I usually use my sword in a fight, I've tried to use some of my Blitzball skills against a few monsters, but I feel like I'm missing the right amount of power whenever I shot the ball at them...."

"Not really, it's all about knowing how to defend yourself when the time comes. I mean it can be easy." She thinks for a minute. "It's like your favorite sport, how could you incorporate it into a fight?"
