So, I’ve heard some accusations over the last 24 hours about me, and I wanted to clear the air and do the right thing before it either gets out of hand or misunderstood. It’s also not in my blood to just let rumors go around and act like they don’t exist. The incident at hand was from April 18th of 2025, not to long ago but with content, when brought up when I finally cut and won and event, kinda brings light to the straight lies and defamation of character. Instead of celebrating a regional win, I spent the night stressed, confused and hurt. The date, yes mention up above would be the date that I went to a card store in the Monterey of 2025 season, not the last one from the 2026 season but the one before. The altercation was from a lack of communication and understanding from a store owner or worker, to be honest, I don’t know which, where I don’t speak Spanish, or anywhere near fluently, where I was trying to buy a SIR gardi for the regional up coming. Ending up shopping for some other cards and was trying to work a deal on the gardi and a misunderstanding on my part thought the price of what I paid for the set of cards I got, which In pesos, did not include the gardi. I put the gardi back and took it out of there binder about 3-4 times and finally was like okay, I’ll get it but that was not understood. Again, I have no one to blame but my self for not being diligent or trying to use sources to better have communication with the store and employees. I took the card, put it in the small pile of cards I paid for, stayed for a couple more minutes checking some sleeves and other cards, decided there was nothing else left to buy. Nothing said on my way out or stopped in anyway. The next day, ready for the regionals, play tested gardi and realized it wasn’t a deck for me, decided to play pultnoir. A group of 4 men approached me at the regional an accused me of stealing, and I was for one confused but 2 was just tired from the lack of sleep the night before. They asked for the gardi back and I did not have it on me, I offered to pay for it, offered to Zelle cashapp Venmo and none were possible options, they threatened me unless I came up with an answer or a solution when the broken English and Spanish was going back and forth. We then decided to go with the rest of the 200 pesos I had left on me and an etb of the current set that was out, until after the regional where I could hand them the card back which was at the Airbnb. Regional plays out, the employee and I both don’t make day 2, and I called him after I dropped the tourney, to which he told me he went home. He came back and I met up with him, in front of the venue, exchanged card for the etb and I sincerely apologized about the accident multiple times throughout the first interaction at the start of the day, and when we met after day 1. It’s not in my character or personality to steal, hurt, or cheat anyone. To those who are my friends and know me, or some of my opponents I’ve played against at tournaments, I’m willing to bet they would have my back when it comes to character and personality. 9-10 months pass without a single encounter or message from them. I even played another regional at Monterrey and got top 32, no words spoken or said. After yesterday, when I won, they made an account on twitter and left out all details and accused me of just straight up stealing with no context. Never should have come to this if I was just more diligent or would have been more of an Adult. I only have my self to blame and I’ve definitely done growth and will continue to show maturity in the future. To the store owner, I am genuinely still sorry for the accident. None the less, I am still very happy with my finish and I genuinely hope my character, personality, and performance are higher than a low moment of mine.

Finally got time to play pokemon again yesterday and ended up with top 4 at a cup with PultNoir.Should’ve played better 🤷🏼‍♂️ shoutout USG and the homies as always.
