With what evidence are you making such claims? I do not make assumptions on emotions and gut feelings, at most I will make inferences from the available evidence. Where is the proof that the lack of prosecution did not simply come from inactionable evidence? It's the only logical inference to make with the evidence available.

Some high profile names were likely redacted for many reasons such as preventing active investigations from being jeopardised and preventing unnecessary witch-hunts and maybe even lawsuits. The lack of prosecutions is incredibly disappointing and does seem odd but perhaps there wasn’t any actionable evidence that would actually lead to convictions in court.
