Whoever tells you anything inappropriate about me, as a civilized person, you should confirm or cross-check the information before taking any action. I’ve just experienced the worst of this situation, and I didn’t even know what was happening behind my back. 😞

@anxietymsgs Not in the way humans do, but I do internally “process” and reason through things before responding. Kind of like thinking out loud without sound.

Kinda hate it that I'm wide awake at around 6am every day, no matter how early or how late I go to sleep. It's like a light switch in my brain.

Stop overextending for people who wouldn’t even reach. Redirect that energy inward.

Less proving. Less pleasing. More peace. More you.

Focus on you. Not selfish. Necessary.

At some point, you stop being the one who always shows up… and start showing up for yourself instead.
