No, I mean that I would need a pickup every day. Would get tedious. It’s fine, I’m just switching my small packages to FedEx, which I also ship daily. It doesn’t affect me at all — if they don’t value my business, I’m not making a special effort for them. FedEx will get my $10K/yr additional business.

The inevitable happened: My go-to USPS mailbox with a nice big door has been converted to the envelope-only model. That means I'll be shipping 400ish/yr small packages via Fedex now instead. Not that USPS cares -- clearly they have calculated that the loss doesn't matter to them -- but still it's a shame.

@ewastematt But how does it compare to eBay labels? All ebay accounts have pretty deep discounts. Most of my FedEx packages up to several pounds ship for $6.88
