Sadly, her family was unable to afford the extensive care that she needs, so they made the heartbreaking choice to surrender her. We know she's going to be a massive medical case, but we absolutely couldn’t let a more devastating alternative happen to Coco, so we NEED YOUR HELP!

Coco needs to see a specialist for a CT scan ASAP and will certainly need orthopedic surgery with a board certified surgeon to repair her pelvis.

🔴*MEDICAL CASE - please read!*🔴 Tonight we welcomed Coco, an urgent medical case. This sweet girl was tragically hit by a car late last week, and after some emergency care it was determined that she has multiple pelvic fractures, along with possible neurological damage.
