Iyaboojo set the record straight🫢 my opinion >> I love all of you but I will talk my talk and stand for the truth. Why is Funke Akindele angry that Toyin complained about cinema sabotage? Other filmmakers also complained about cinema issues. So why is Toyin’s own suddenly a big problem? She didn’t even mention Funke’s name. Iyaboojo are you trying to tell us that Funke is now being controlled by fans? That shouldn’t be the case. Someone of her level should be above that. Iyabo, this write up actually makes it look like Funke is wrong and angry with Toyin because of December movie and at the same time you still threw Toyin under the bus. Let’s be honest you didn’t fight Funke because of Toyin. You were already having issues with Funke and used Toyin’s movie situation to drag her that day. Toyin has every right to complain, she invested her own money into her project. Filmmakers like her and Funke put their heart, time and finances into their movies. If cinemas aren’t cooperating, it’s natural to speak up.Being upset at someone just for defending their own work isn’t fair. Funke Akindele should understand that. You see this ticket issue, Toyin had every reason to react. She obviously did not call Funke's name.... But in December, @tosino52 and I were at Silverbird Jabi to watch Oversabi Aunty. Right before my eyes, an elderly woman in her 50s was about to enter the cinema with Behind the Scene tickets. The security stopped her, but the sales team and supervisor cleared the woman. Right before my eyes, the elderly woman entered the cinema to watch Oversabi Aunty using BTS tickets. Oversabi Aunty will finally learn a lesson the hard way..... TA dey for who dey for you!!!
