Emotional regulation is a hugely underrated quality in leadership and a founders relationship with criticism is usually what separates a durable leader from a fragile one. When you have a founder who spirals emotionally, it destabilizes everything and everyone around them. Green flags are: → calm under pressure → measured responses → consistency → decisiveness without emotional chaos A founder who constantly argues and tries to "win" every battle is very often insecure and not focused. Silence often communicates more strength than engagement. Strong, good founders don't need to prove themselves with words because they have actions and results which speak much louder. Great founders do not need universal approval, they know not everyone will like them and that some opinions and criticisms are out of their control. The most successful companies evolve because of criticism and if a founder can't tolerate it, that isn't a good sign.

Visibility compounds faster than slow credibility unless systems actively correct for it.

Those who are paid from the Treasury should not hold a long position and then dump coins on holders. This is precisely why rewards in the Innovation & Growth DAO are capped in USD value. If ADA exceeds a certain threshold in USD value, the DAO returns ADA back to the Treasury.

We don't expect and have never asked/paid any 'influencer' in Cardano ecosystem to spread the word about anything. We prefer grass roots, organic marketing

Imagine hiring a contractor to build your kitchen for $10,000. He takes the cash, walks to the casino, puts it all on black, and tells you the kitchen will be done “when the times’ right.” Three months later you ask for an update and he says he’s actually waiting for black to hit twice in a row so he can build you a bigger kitchen. We currently have 60+ budget proposals, most of them pegged at $0.25 $ADA. Some will get approved, theADA hits their wallet, and then it just… sits there while theyre hoping ADA hits a dollar so their $10M proposal magically becomes $40M and they can deliver the same scope while pocketing the difference. And then we sit in spaces wondering why nobody uses the chain. Bro. The biggest recurring ADA outflows on this network are sitting frozen in wallets waiting for a candle. Of course there’s no velocity. The people getting paid are the ones least incentivized to actually use the money they got paid with. If you quoted USD, convert what you need, spend what you need, stop treating ecosystem funding like a personal long position. Stop being greedy bastards hoarding ecosystem money waiting for a pump. Deliver the work you promised, with the money you asked for, at the price you quoted. It can’t be that hard. #Cardanocommunity
