I’m bout to go back to taking pill vitamins cause why is every gummy vitamin coated in sugar! I picked up a bottle at the store that had 6g of sugar in it

Took my pre workout too early now I’m geeked up and haven’t even made it to the gym yet lol

Ain’t nothing worse than getting home from the gym and realizing your water bottle is sitting on that last machine you used.

Last night I made polenta and shrimp, and I’m pissed that I haven’t made it before. Might be in the top 3 dinners I’ve ever made.

Finally weighed myself after getting through the holidays and not a single pound gained. Zero discipline or motivation for the gym just vibes lol, we back on track now though.

I know this is so minimal but I purposely park all the way in the back of the parking lot at the gym away from everybody else and somebody still managed to come park right next me. Like damn all these empty spaces and you ended up right here?

Idk if I had just become accustomed to generic tasting food in college, but I had some Cook Out for the first time in years a few weeks ago and it just wasn’t hitting like it used to, I was so disappointed.
