@andy @BravoTV What are we meant to do with Bravopalooza tickets when we were unable to buy the now required 3-Day Passes as bots snached them all within minutes?? Is the waitlist for 3-Day VIP even real? Will refunds be issued for unusable Bravopalooza tickets?? #bravocon2023

@frontgatetix @BravoTV @Andy can someone fill us in on what’s happening on the back end with bravocon ticket sales? They’re selling out in less than one second each time- there’s no way that’s possible unless bots are buying. Are you investigating/ will you let us know what’s up?

Managed to snag us Bravopalooza tickets, however, we might not be able to use them if we don't get the 3-Day passes... Why we were able to buy an add-on without needing to purchase the now-required 3-Day pass is unclear...

Very strange to be able to buy a ADD ON experience before the 3 day passes even go on sale — so now we have a Bravopalooza ticket and no entry ticket. This was so poorly planned …. #bravocon @BravoTV was online at 9am site loaded early etc …

how #bravocon should have sold tix: 1. loyalty presale to previous ticket holders 2. waiting room/queue (to avoid “all items added to cart” 3. Any type of secure site that at least tries to limit bots buying everything in 1 second 4. not charging waitlist fee
