@UnderwaterAudio @DHLUS Unfortunately, my parcel was never handed over to DHL. Eventually, another unit that was sent out arrived, but it was completely dead. It will not charge or connect to iTunes. Very disappointing outcome, after all this time.

@UnderwaterAudio It has been more than a month since I purchased an #underwateraudio iPod shuffle. This shipment is tracked by @DHLUS APPARENTLY. The last tracked movement was on the 11th March..is this a JOKE? I’m thinking I’ve been scammed..anyone else had this happen to them?

@axel_m_c I'm sure you have tried everything, but we do have software for connecting your phone to the device so you can type on your phone instead of the Delphin. Please contact our customer service. -Scott

@UnderwaterAudio please tell me how are you marketing this as a product offering when it DOES NOT WORK!! You cannot type on the tiny display, if the touch sensors worked it would be semi ok, but apps don’t display content correctly & you cannot type correctly
