We are excited for Prom in just a few weeks. Grand March will take place at the PACE Center in Council Bluffs. Doors open at 7:00 pm, with Grand March starting at 7:30 pm, followed by Coronation. The dance will begin around 8:00 pm and end at 10:30 pm. #WeAreTheU
Underwood CSD will have a 2-hour late start this morning (Tuesday, April 7, 2026) due to winter weather road conditions.
There will be no AM PK. Eagle Care will remain open this morning. Please travel safely.

Our Quiz Bowl teams had a great time at the Riverside Tournament this weekend. We had three teams compete and were excited to have several first-time competitors join us. A shoutout to our senior team for earning 2nd place out of 14 teams. #WeAreTheU
Every Wednesday, elementary students and their families in grades 3–5 are invited to participate in Mileage Club. With the warmer weather this week, we had a great turnout and loved seeing so many students and families out walking and running together. #WeAreTheU

The 7th/8th TAG students recently designed 3D printing story starter cubes. They then worked with the 2nd Grade students who used the cubes to write stories. #WeAreTheU
Ms. Brich’s kindergarten class explored the Seasons and Weather unit with a hands-on rain cloud experiment!
Students made predictions about how much ‘rain’ their clouds could hold before it poured, using shaving cream and colored water to see science in action. #WeAreTheU
Students in our Economics class stepped into the role of entrepreneurs as they pitched their business ideas to a panel of “investors” during a Shark Tank activity. #WeAreTheU
The elementary students celebrated Read Across America Week by focusing on the sci fi genre today. Each class gets to enter the AEA Planetarium to digitally fly from planet to planet while learning more about each of them! #WeAreTheU
